Where to find the numbers

The serial number and factory code are on the silver rating plate on the side of the outdoor unit. Your Warranty ID appears in the registration confirmation email.

Equipment never registered

Coverage only appears after registration. If your installer did not register the unit, you can still do it — register your equipment.

Still no match

Double-check the postal code matches the installation address, not the billing address. If it still fails, contact technical support.
